Deb has her masters' degree in Communications Consultancy and more than thirteen years' experience as a consultant to executives and their teams. She is founder of TEAMed Up, a consulting firm designed specifically to help teams learn how to work and think better together. Deb works with teams within business, government, education, health care, and the faith and service non-profit sector demonstrating the powerful affect highly functioning, healthy teams have on an organization's bottom line.

Deb specializes in three areas that yield the highest return for teams: leadership and team skill training, experiential team building retreats, and innovative team meeting facilitation focused on strategic planning, creative brainstorming, program or process evaluation, and problem solving.
