Deb McCormick has her masters' degree in Communications Consultancy and more than twelve years' experience as a consultant to executives and their teams. She is founder of TEAMed UP, a team-focused consulting firm designed to help teams work and think better together. Deb specializes in team leadership development, team building retreats, and facilitating team meetings focused on strategic planning, creative brainstorming, and problem-solving. She works with teams within business, government, ministry, education, and the non-profit sector.

Besides her work with teams, Deb is a popular conference speaker and conducts interactive retreats and workshops focused on helping teens recognize and maximize their full potential.
